Kyle Hauslaib is the Solution Train Engineer of a cross-site Electronic Power Steering programme at Robert Bosch GmbH, coordinating 4 Agile Release Trains, 40+ teams and ~300 engineers across six countries. He leads Bosch’s RTE/STE Guild and serves in the company-wide Moderation Pool. He is the author of the forthcoming book Leading Agile When No One Agrees (Summer 2026), a practitioner’s guide to the politics, resistance and unwritten rules of leading change inside safety-critical organisations. Native German and English speaker. Background in mechatronics, AUTOSAR Classic, and ISO 26262 functional safety.
