Signature Topics

  1. Scaled Agile in Safety-Critical Engineering Where SAFe needs adapting for ASIL, AUTOSAR, multi-year platforms and supplier ecosystems.
  2. The Drift Every organisation runs two systems in parallel; reading the gap is the manager’s job.
  3. The Solution Train Engineer Role What is actually in the job; why coordinator titles undersell the leadership demand.
  4. What AUTOSAR Taught Me About Backlog Management Backlog management as an interface problem disguised as a coordination problem.
  5. Distributed Engineering Across Six Countries Which Agile patterns survive the pressure of multi-continent programmes, and which quietly fail.
  6. From Technical Lead to Programme Leadership Honest about what transfers and what has to be built fresh in the move.
